A spooky sweet-and-sour Disney Halloween drink.
Green Apple Spell Lemonade Recipe: A clear cup filled with cherry popping boba, raspberry sauce, and a green lemonade. pinit

Bring a little Disney Halloween magic home with this Green Apple Spell Lemonade recipe inspired by the spooky seasonal drink served at Smokejumpers Grill in Disney California Adventure during Halloween Time. This bright green lemonade combines tart green apple flavor with sweet raspberry sauce and cherry popping pearls for a fun mix of sweet, sour, and fruity flavors. With its eerie green color and dramatic red swirls, it’s an easy Disney-inspired drink that’s perfect for Halloween parties, movie nights, or anytime you want to recreate a little Disneyland magic at home.

Cooking Tips

For the best Green Apple Spell Lemonade, start with all of your ingredients well chilled so the ice doesn’t melt too quickly and dilute the flavor. Add the green apple syrup a little at a time and taste as you go, since some brands are sweeter or more tart than others. For the signature Disney look, use a slightly thick raspberry sauce so it clings to the inside of the glass and creates dramatic red swirls instead of immediately disappearing into the lemonade. Add the cherry popping pearls just before serving so they stay plump and don’t break down in the drink. If you want an extra sour lemonade, stir in a splash of fresh lemon juice before pouring it over the ice.

Description

This Green Apple Spell Lemonade combines tart green apple lemonade with raspberry sauce and cherry popping pearls for a colorful Disney-inspired Halloween treat.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of raspberry sauce around the inside walls of each serving glass. Let some of it run down the sides for the spooky "blood drip" appearance of the Disney drink.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of cherry popping boba into the bottom of each glass.
  3. In a pitcher or cocktail shaker, combine the lemonade and green apple syrup. Taste and add a little fresh lemon juice if you'd like a more pronounced sour flavor.
  4. Fill each prepared glass about three-quarters full with ice.
  5. Divide the green apple lemonade between the glasses. Serve with a wide straw so you can get some of the cherry popping pearls with each sip.
