Bring a little bit of Pandora home with this colorful Night Blossom drink inspired by Pongu Pongu in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. With its vibrant layers of sweet apple, tangy limeade, fruity desert pear, and fun passion fruit popping boba, this frozen drink is just as eye-catching as it is refreshing. Now, you can make the Night Blossom Animal Kingdom recipe in the comfort of your own kitchen for warm afternoons, themed parties, or anytime you’re missing the sights and flavors of Pandora.
Cooking Tips
For the brightest layers, make both mixtures thick enough to hold their shape. Add a little more ice if either mixture becomes too thin. Desert pear syrup provides the closest color and flavor, but prickly pear syrup can be used as a substitute. Chill the apple juice and soda before blending so the drinks stay frozen longer. You’ll need a good blender for this recipe. I recommend the BLACK+DECKER Crush Master Blender.
