Regal Eagle Pulled Pork Recipe Ingredients
Cooking Tips
This recipe is best cooked in an Instant Pot. The pressure cooker will make the meat tender and fall off the bone. I was able to pull the bone right out when it was done. You can also make this in the crock pot if you don't have an Instant Pot. A pork butt in a crock pot typically takes 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high, depending on the size of the roast and your slow cooker's settings. The best way to know it's done is when the meat is fork-tender and easily shreds.
