My waffles were not perfect and you have to make sure not to use too much batter or it will spill over. You may think you are not using enough batter but practice makes perfect! You will find the right ratio after you've made a few. The batter is made with Carbon's Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Flour Mix which is the official waffle mix of the Disney Parks. All you have to do is follow the instructions on the package to make the waffle batter. This recipe is relatively easy and you can save some batter if you do not want to make all the Mickey Waffles at once.
