These muffins are versatile, making a great snack, breakfast, or dessert, and can be made in advance to enjoy throughout the week. The best part? You don’t need a ticket to Disneyland to enjoy them! Here’s how you can make the Disneyland pumpkin muffin recipe at home and bring a bit of autumnal Disney magic to your kitchen.

Cooking Tips

You will need a hand mixer to mix the eggs and sugar. I like the Hamilton Beach 6-Speed Electric Hand Mixer with Whisk. But, don't use the hand mixer to mix in the dry ingredients or you will spray flour everywhere! Don't ask me how I know. The original recipe asked for dark brown sugar but I substituted light brown sugar and it was really good! You can also adjust the amount of sugar or use a sugar alternative, like stevia.

The ingredients for the Disneyland Pumpkin Muffin recipe include:

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Sugar
  • Pumpkin
  • Eggs
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Baking Soda
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg

Streusel ingredients:

  • Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Sugar
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt

The Disneyland pumpkin muffins are easy to make and are the best treat to make when you're missing the fall season at Disneyland. This is a simple recipe that will transport you straight to Main Street, USA.
