Cooking Tips

One of the problems with making a corn dog in a frying pan is that it’s hard to keep the round shape. If you have a corn dog fryer, that’s the way to go. However, if you want to preserve the Disneyland corn dog shape, you will want to pat the hot dogs dry before you dip them in the corn dog batter. This will help the batter adhere to the hot dog and reduce slippage in the frying pan.

The ingredients for the Disneyland Corn Dog recipe include:

  • Corn meal
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Egg
  • Vegetable oil
  • Honey
  • Buttermilk

  8. Serve hot with mustard โ™จ and enjoy!
