The Disneyland chocolate chip cookies are an iconic Disney food that make a perfect snack.
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
1/2cup sugar
3/4cup brown sugar
1tsp salt
1/2cup butter (softened)
1 egg (large)
1tsp vanilla
Dry Ingredients
1 1/4cup flour
1/2tsp baking soda
4oz milk chocolate chips
4oz dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine wet ingredients (sugar, brown sugar, salt, softened butter, egg, vanilla) in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Use a sifter to add the dry ingredients (flour and baking soda). Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop rounded balls of dough (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes (or longer if you prefer your cookie dough to be more baked in the middle).
