You can also bake the skewers in the oven. Wood skewers are safe to use in the oven but again, you must soak them in water for at least 30 minutes first. Heat your oven to 375 degrees and turn the skewers halfway through cooking. Grilling is the preferred method to accurately copy the Bengal Barbeque taste but they will also taste great when cooked in the oven.

Bengal Barbeque Beef Skewers are delicious with exotic flavors. Made with sirloin steak, teriyaki sauce, and bengal marinade, this dish is indulgent and delicious.
Ingredients
Teriyaki Sauce
1//4cup honey
1/4cup soy sauce
2tbsp vinegar (apple cider or rice vinegar)
2clove garlic (minced)
Bengal Barbeque Marinade
1/2cup soy sauce
1/2tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4cup sherry cooking wine
1 bay leaf
1/2tsp ginger powder
1/2cup brown sugar
1tbsp cornstarch
1/4cup water
Ingredients
1.5lb sirloin steak (cubed)
12 skewers
Instructions
Make the teriyaki sauce by combining the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, cornstarch, and ginger powder and whisk until well combined.
Make the bengal barbeque sauce by combining the low-sodium soy sauce, red wine vinegar, sherry cooking wine, bay leaf, ginger, and brown sugar. Stir in the teriyaki sauce.
Stir cornstarch into water to make a slurry.
Heat the bengal barbeque sauce in a pot and bring it just to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and add in the cornstarch slurry. Heat through until the sauce is thickened.
Cut sirloin steak into chunks and add 3 chunks to each skewer. Do not forget to soak your wooden skewers beforehand in water for at least 30 minutes to avoid burning. Brush skewers with bengal barbeque marinade.
Grill skewers on medium heat 350 degrees for about 6 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of your steak chunks.
Serve hot with extra bengal barbeque sauce for dipping ♨ and enjoy!
