Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is renowned for its enchanting atmosphere, captivating attractions, and an array of delectable culinary offerings. Amidst the hustle and bustle of this magical realm, one hidden gem stands out—the Spring Roll Cart. Nestled in Adventureland, this unassuming cart serves up an extraordinary treat: Pepperoni Spring Rolls. The unique blend of flavors and textures in these crispy delights has made them a must-try for visitors seeking a delightful snack. This Disney Pepperoni Spring Rolls recipe allows you to recreate the magic at home.

Disney Pepperoni Spring Rolls On Cutting Board

The only learning curve with this recipe is wrapping the spring rolls. Don’t fill them too much or they will break apart when you try to fry them. Also, make sure your oil is not too hot or they will burn. I put mine on medium and they turned out really well. The oil should cover half of the spring roll and then you flip them when they’re golden brown. Don’t wait too long or they will burn on the bottom. It’s even better if you have a deep fryer at home. Once you get comfortable with making spring rolls, you can try out other fillings such as the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls!

I like to make my own dipping sauce for these pepperoni spring rolls. Store-bought marinara can be easily plussed by adding some fresh minced garlic, italian seasoning, and salt.

The ingredients for this recipe include:

  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Pepperoni Slices (I highly suggest Boar’s Head!)
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying (be sure to reuse your oil for sustainability!)

The ingredients for the dipping sauce includes:

  • Marinara Sauce
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Italian Seasoning and salt to taste

The Disney Pepperoni Spring Rolls recipe quickly became one of my favorites and it is in my regular cooking rotation. Once you get used to the process, this is a very quick and satisfying meal or snack to make. Enjoy!

Description

Pepperoni Spring Rolls are delicious and easy to make for a quick lunch, dinner or a satisfying snack. Made with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and spring roll wrappers, this dish is indulgent and delicious.

Ingredients

Marinara Dipping Sauce

Instructions

  1. Add the marinara sauce, garlic, and italian seasoning to a pot. Bring it to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low while you prepare your pepperoni spring rolls.

  2. Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner pointing toward you. Place approx. 10 slices of pepperoni and 1/4 cup mozzarella onto the center of the wrapper, leaving a small border around the edges.

  3. Begin rolling the spring roll by folding the bottom corner up over the filling, tucking it in tightly. Fold in the side corners and continue rolling until you reach the top corner. Moisten the top corner with a little water to seal the spring roll.

  4. Repeat the process with the remaining spring roll wrappers and filling.

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large, deep skillet to approximately 350°F (175°C).

  6. Carefully add the spring rolls to the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. This should take about 2-3 minutes per batch. Once cooked, transfer the spring rolls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

  7. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping ♨ and enjoy!
