Cooking Tips

You will need a standing mixer with a dough hook to make these beignets. I like the Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer. You will also need a Mickey Mouse Cookie Cutter. If you don’t have one, you can just cut the beignets into square shapes. I also used a Candy Thermometer to ensure that the cooking oil stayed at 350 degrees Fahrenheit which helped the Mickey beignets to cook evenly.

The ingredients for the Disney Club 33 pumpkin beignets recipe include:

  • Dry yeast
  • Warm water (105ยฐ)
  • All-Purpose flour

  • Sugar
  • Heavy cream
  • Egg
  • Vegetable shortening
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil
