A trip to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom is an enchanting experience filled with captivating rides, iconic characters, and, of course, delightful food. Adventureland, with its immersive atmosphere and diverse culinary offerings, is a treasure trove for food enthusiasts. Among the many scrumptious treats available, the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls from the Spring Roll Cart stand out as a unique fusion of flavors. This Disney Cheeseburger Spring Rolls recipe will show you how to recreate them in the comfort of your own kitchen.
The only learning curve with this recipe is wrapping the spring rolls. Don't fill them too much or they will break apart when you try to fry them. Also, make sure your oil is not too hot or they will burn. I put mine on medium and they turned out really well. The oil should cover half of the spring roll and then you flip them when they're golden brown. Don't wait too long or they will burn on the bottom. It's even better if you have a deep fryer at home. Once you get comfortable with making spring rolls, you can try out other fillings such as the Pepperoni Spring Rolls!
While you can use a variety of dipping sauces for your cheeseburger spring rolls, I highly recommend using Japanese Yum Yum Sauce which you can usually find at your local grocery store. This is one of my favorite sauces and it goes with everything! I like using it for burgers, chicken, or fish.
The ingredients for this recipe include:
ground beef
onion
velveeta cheese
dill pickle relish
yellow mustard
worchestershire sauce
spring roll wrappers
vegetable or canola oil for frying (be sure to reuse your oil for sustainability!)
The Disney Cheeseburger Spring Rolls recipe quickly became one of my favorites and it is in my regular cooking rotation. Once you get used to the process, this is a very quick and satisfying meal or snack to make. Enjoy!

Description
Cheeseburger Spring Rolls are delicious and easy to make for a quick lunch, dinner or a satisfying snack. Made with ground beef, cheddar cheese, and spring roll wrappers, this dish is indulgent and delicious.
Ingredients
1lb ground beef
1/2 onion (chopped)
6oz velveeta cheese
1/2cup dill pickle relish
2tbsp yellow mustard
5 worcestershire sauce (shakes)
8 egg roll wrappers
1-2cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
Add the ground beef and onion to the skillet and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Add Velveeta and cook on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and pickles, ensuring that the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the beef.
Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner pointing toward you. Spoon a tablespoon of the ground beef mixture onto the center of the wrapper, leaving a small border around the edges.
Begin rolling the spring roll by folding the bottom corner up over the filling, tucking it in tightly. Fold in the side corners and continue rolling until you reach the top corner. Moisten the top corner with a little water to seal the spring roll.
Repeat the process with the remaining spring roll wrappers and filling.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large, deep skillet to approximately 350°F (175°C).
Carefully add the spring rolls to the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. This should take about 2-3 minutes per batch. Once cooked, transfer the spring rolls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve hot with Japanese Yum Yum sauce for dipping ♨ and enjoy!
