Cooking Tips

I like to use a standing mixer to make the cookie dough. I like the Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer. You can also adjust the amount of chocolate chips you add for your taste preference. I like a lot of chocolate so I’m putting in the maximum amount!

You can also adjust the cooking time to suit your tastes. The original croissant cookie from France has half baked cookie dough on the inside, if you don’t like this consistency, you can cook it for longer so it’s not so doughy.

The ingredients for the Croissant Cookie recipe include:

  • Croissants
  • Sugar
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Softened butter
  • Egg
  • Vanilla
  • Flour
  • Baking soda
  • Dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Milk chocolate chips
  • Confectioner’s sugar (optional)

The Croissant Cookie recipe is easy to make and it is the best treat to make when you’re missing Walt Disney World.
