It’s a popular choice for those looking for a light yet flavorful entrée, capturing the culinary magic that Disney is known for. Now, you can make this simple dish at home with this Cape May Cafe Sweet Thai Chili Salmon recipe.
Cooking Tips
You can use either a whole salmon filet or you can purchase single filets from the seafood counter at your local grocery store. I like to use whole filets because they are a bit cheaper. They come with the skin on which you can either cut off or leave on to add a bit of extra flavor. Make sure that you leave some time for marinating the salmon in the Sweet Thai Chili sauce to allow the flavors to meld and bring out the tanginess in the sauce.
